Fidelity Measures
These materials are for mental health professionals to deliver a group cognitive-behavioral prevention program to at-risk adolescents. They are not self-help materials for the direct use of depressed adolescents and their families.

Intervention adherence is rated by forms that are unique to each of the 6 sessions. Forms can be completed by either the supervisor or the group facilitator (self-evaluation).
